Yes. Our Travel Services Coordinator will gladly arrange for you to be picked up at the airport or from any other location and be brought to the Hotel Ambassadors. Simply request airport transfer service at the time of making your hotel reservation and provide the details of your arrival. Vehicles can also be hired for day/night use as requested.

Yes. Our reception and check in/check out desk is available 24 hours a day. Our kind and courteous staff will be more than happy to assist you, no matter what time of day you arrive.
Canceling a reservation is no problem. Simply inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will cancel the reservation without charge. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before, there will be a nominal cancellation fee. If no cancellation of the reservation occurs (otherwise known as a no-show), the fee charged will be 50% of the room rate.
